In Alpha Green preschool classes like Capoeira, Music, Yoga & Mindfulness, and Cooking are already included in the regular daily program
Different physical activity helps the body and the mind work together improving motor skills, cognitive development and promoting self-expression. Music classes help in language and memory development. During our Cooking classes kids explore the world around them while developing healthy food habits.

Weekly music classes help develop rhythm and language skills, enhances academic performance and helps to understand different cultures.

Out visiting teacher, Alexandra Novikova is a professional musician and a voice teacher. She teaches at Singapore Lyric Opera, LASALLE College of the Arts and Australian International School. Many of her Singaporean students attend top international music schools.

Capoeira kids is a dynamic martial arts program for children ages 2 to 12 years
old. The diverse elements of Capoeira allow us to engage each child in their own
unique capacity to develop their resilience, confidence, creativity and social

Classes for toddlers and young children are conducted through play and Capoeira
games to improve their coordination, balance, flexibility and strength.
Duration of classes run between 30-45mins per session. Students will be
exposed to basic self defence skills, simple acrobatics and music of Capoeira.

Wushu builds children’s endurance, agility, coordination and balance, and contributes to their physical development.

We have designed Wushu into small bite-sized fitness training programs that allow children to immerse themselves in a play and learn environment to expand their cognitive, social, emotional, language and motor abilities.
Together with mindfulness, yoga improves children’s emotional regulation. Through simple exercises it helps children learn to be in the present moment while relaxing and gaining a peaceful state of mind, which ultimately improves their emotional regulation.

Practicing yoga and mindfulness enhances children’s concentration and memory. Different types of moves require children to focus and work on their memorization skills—both of which can translate over into their academic performance.
Yoga & Mindfulness
Cooking is a very enjoyable and rewarding activity. Beside laying the foundation for healthy eating habits, it also teaches basic math and science concepts, build language skills.

Teachers use simple recipes that give children a sense of success and accomplishment.
