English is the everyday language. Alongside it, each child can take one of three languages, taught by a native speaker.

MEALS

Cooked here, every day

Our chef cooks lunch fresh in our own kitchen every day, and prepares breakfast and an afternoon snack.

Menus change with the seasons, and everything is made in our own kitchen, not brought in.

A day at Alpha Green

From 7:00Free play as children arrive, then breakfast at 8:30.
MorningsEnglish lessons and language time in small groups: German, Russian or Mandarin. Every day except Tuesday.
TuesdaysMusic and cooking, gardening or sensory play in the morning. Capoeira in the afternoon.
MiddayOutdoor play, then a freshly cooked lunch from our own kitchen.
AfternoonNap, tea, then numeracy, phonics, art or music, and story time.
From 16:30Outdoor and free play. Pick up any time until 19:00.

Frequently asked questions

Does my child need to speak English already?

No. Children who are new to English get support through our English Language Support programme.

Which second language should we choose?

Usually the language spoken at home, or the one your child will need later. We're happy to talk it through on the tour.

Which ages do you take?

18 months to 6 years, from Playgroup to Kindergarten 2. Tell us your child's birth month and when you'd like them to start, and we'll tell you when a place is available.

We're still overseas. Can we see the school?

Yes, by WhatsApp video call. We walk you through the rooms and garden live, and you ask questions as we go.

How much are the fees?

We'll send you the current fees on request, through the short form or directly on WhatsApp.

Where are you?

1 Jalan Siap, Upper Bukit Timah, a short walk from Hillview MRT. The last stretch is uphill, which the children never mind.
