Holistic Education
At Alpha Green Preschool, we encourage students to think critically, be creative, and develop their own unique talents and interests. Our preschool offers the best of both worlds. We aim for a balance between holistic learning and academic excellence. Our unique program, combined with conscious parenting at home, transforms your child into a well-rounded scholar and erudite person.
How does Alpha Green's holistic education program benefit your child?
Develops critical thinking skills: Our program encourages children to ask questions, develop problem-solving skills, and learn to think for themselves.
Fosters creativity: Our preschool has annual music productions, ballet, drama, arts and crafts. We have classes that allow children to express themselves through art, music, and other forms of self-expression. The children get to tap into their own unique talents and interests, which can help them to develop a sense of self-confidence and self-worth.
Promotes well-being: We provide activities like yoga, physical education, gardening, and outdoor play, which help children to develop healthy habits and manage stress.
Inclusive classroom: Students with special needs receive an Individual Education Plan (IEP) tailored to their unique learning goals while still being included in the group's daily activities.

Our teachers are fluent in a number of languages such as German, Russian, Chinese (Mandarin), and English. Multilingual education is not just limited to academic performance but also develops intercultural understanding and global citizenship. This is especially important in an increasingly interconnected and diverse world.
Our language groups learn about the food, costumes, festivals, literature, and folklore of specific cultures associated with the languages. Students who are exposed to multiple languages and cultures are more likely to develop a sense of empathy and understanding toward people from different backgrounds.
Moreover, we have invested in Fieldwork Education’s (UK) International Early Years Curriculum which, alongside our in-house curriculum, provides world-class English education.
A hot and healthy lunchbox is provided at preschool, as well as an afternoon snack. We are able to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements. We have a strict nut-free policy to account for allergies.
We only source high-quality, organic products. The menu is changed regularly so the children can try different food types and their combinations. This helps the children develop their palate and break the monotony, as they do not stick to the same food all the time.
We have activities such as cooking and tasting where children can become chefs themselves. This helps to foster their curiosity, creativity, and excitement about healthy food. They get to taste and explore the ingredients before they are cooked. They learn about the origin of the ingredients and how they are grown, thus learning about the food system.
Getting to experiment with their friends adds to the fun. We also like to discuss the food habits in different countries and traditions, especially during festivals and special celebrations which makes them more open to trying different foods.
