Outdoor activities are essential for kids health and development. It stimulates brain development and enhances cognitive functions, gives kids freedom, adventure, experimentation, risk-taking, enhance children’s self-esteem and confidence.

In Alpha Green preschool, we follow the scientific approach in designing our programs. We have introduced a minimum 3-hour outdoor time for our kids, that includes gardening, PE, cooking, and language classes.
But how to make this time fun, useful and also built-in the curriculum? We made several activities outdoors:
